CANCELLATION & MAKEUP POLICIES

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from date of your signup or the date on which you commence utilizing our services, whichever is longer. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday.

To cancel this contract, mail or deliver or send a signed and dated copy of the following cancellation notice or any other written notice of cancellation to

NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT 10 DAYS PAST THE DATE OF YOUR TRANSACTION.

If the contract was executed in part or in whole through the Internet, you may cancel the contract by sending the notification to: info@cameraleft.com.

If you cancel, all fees you have paid must be refunded to you within 10 business days after delivery of the cancellation notice to CAMERA LEFT / STAGE RIGHT, LLC.

Cancellation is prohibited after the 10-day cancellation period described above. If an unforeseen conflict arises, however, you may request a makeup class via email. Makeup classes are not guaranteed. If you would like to arrange for a makeup class, it is your responsibility to check future class dates & to confirm with us via email that you are able to attend. Emails will be responded to during office hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm.

MAKEUP POLICY

To request a makeup class, please send the following info to info@cameraleft.com:

• Your Full Name (and/or your child’s)

• The Name of the Class You Are Taking

• The Week/Class Number that You Have Missed and/or the class date.

• The Makeup Date(s)  [Makeup dates should correspond with the week that you're missing (e.g. If you’re missing week 2, then list the date of week 2 for the following course when you’re available).]
